1903
After a number of years in the forestry industry, Theodore Groleau acquires an Ontario Sawmill operation.
1924
Josaphat Groleau follows the lead and acquires a sawmill in Hervey-Jonction, Quebec.
1938
A new sawmill is constructed in Grand Lac Long, Quebec.
1944 An additional sawmill located in St-Rock de Mekinac, Quebec is merged into operations.
1948 
In order to integrate every step of production, a hardwood strip flooring mill is constructed in Ste-Thècle, Quebec.
1954
After the 1953 fire in Grand Lac Long, it is decided to reconstruct a sawmill beside the flooring factory in Ste-Thècle, Quebec.
1964 Paul Groleau acquires control of operations and adds a new production line of mosaic parquet.
1973 Another fire burns down Ste-Thècle, Quebec sawmill, which is immediately rebuilt.
1977 A new factory, located in Compton, Quebec (in the Eastern Townships), is added to increase the production of mosaic parquet flooring.
1983
A new era begins in flooring as the prefinished goods are the new trend in the industry. To continue the tradition, Groleau acquires a new building in Louiseville, Quebec to produce factory finished mosaic parquet and strip flooring.
1992
The Groleau group acquires an industrial complex located in Beloeil, Quebec. This strategic site serves as the distribution center.
1999
Louise Groleau takes the helm of the company
